Monica is fluent in Italian, and pre-intermediate in English.

A caring mother and experienced nursery caregiver, Monica brings warmth, patience, and dedication to her role at Starling English School. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Sciences a diploma from the magistrale. and has been part of the Starling team for the past two years, working closely with our youngest learners.

With a gentle and attentive approach, she is responsible for diaper changes, maintaining daily eating and sleeping schedules, and ensuring each child’s physical comfort and well-being. She also takes the lead in communicating with parents about their child’s daily activities and health, making her a key point of contact for any questions related to a child's routine or wellness.

Her nurturing presence and consistent care help create a calm, secure environment where children can grow and thrive.
